Faculty Groups

Helping each other to glorify God through our subjects

Every student at Cambridge spends much of their time doing the degrees we signed up for, and each subject presents unique challenges towards living distinctively for Jesus and making him known in our departments. Faculty groups provide a great opportunity to meet with others who share the same challenges. They have no set structure and vary to be as helpful and relevant as possible to each subject. The main activity of most groups is meeting up a few times a term to encourage and pray for each other, but faculty groups also provide a great starting point for organising subject specific events.

CAMBRIDGE CHRISTIAN STUDY CENTRE

How can we glorify God in our degrees? How do we study from a Christian perspective? How might talking about our degree help us introduce the goodness and relevance of the gospel?

The Cambridge Christian Study Centre is available to meet all these needs! You can become a member and book a desk today.

The Centre is a dedicated study space within the Round Church in the heart of Cambridge, helping you to study from a Christian perspective through a specialist reference library, discussion hosts and mutual encouragement.

Led by UCCF staff Tim Laurence and Anja Lijcklama a Nijeholt, in partnership with Forming A Christian Mind, the Christian Graduate Society, and others, CICCU students are very welcome to come and make use of this resource.
