What’s On

Here’s a brief overview of some of the things we get up to on a regular basis in CU. Make sure to follow us on Facebook or check back here regularly to find out what’s coming up soon.

Exploring - for All Students

We want the whole university to be able to discover the great news about Jesus
found in the Bible, so we organise talks and events for all students to ask vital
questions about Jesus and get their questions answered. Here’s just a small sample of some of the things we get up to throughout the year.

A talk and Q&A on one of life’s big questions every Friday lunchtime, with a free lunch provided.

Take a break from the hectic Cambridge life to chill for an evening, play some board games, eat and drink and discuss the biggest questions in life.

Every year in February we run a whole week of events designed to introduce everyone in Cambridge to Jesus in a multitude of ways.

Inspiring - for Christian Students

The Christian Union is not just an events machine – it is a community of those who love Jesus and want to make him known, so we make sure we come together regularly to pray, to study God’s Word and to be equipped for the mission in Cambridge by
fantastic speakers and resources.

Singing, praying, encouraging one another, hearing a talk from the Bible tailored for Cambridge students: Unite is our main weekly meeting every Thursday night at 19:30

We believe prayer is the fuel which powers everything we do as a CU, so there’s nothing better on a Monday morning to refresh, refocus and refuel for the week than our whole CU prayer meeting.

Every undergrad college has a college group, made up of people who want to shine like stars for Jesus in their college. These welcoming, tight-knit communities meet weekly to pray and study the Bible.
